Leo measures 15.5" to the tips of his ears (not
including the characteristic lynx ear tufts). He has been created using Tissavel faux fur fabric
and filled with a mixture of polyfil and plastic pellets (in his tummy). He is 5-way cotterpin jointed (neck
and 4 legs) with wire armature in his limbs for strength and poseability.
He has realistic high quality glass taxidermy
eyes which have been set into polymer clay eyesockets. His nose has been shaped from polymer clay and has been
shaded with acrylic paint and sealed with a matt varnish. His raised paw pads are made from ultrasuede stuffed
with polyfil, they have been painstakingly individually hand applied. His face has been needle and scissor-sculpted, with
additional Copic marker shading to reproduce the lynx look. His whiskers are made of horse hair.
