Shady has been created from wonderfully soft Tissavel synthetic
fabrics and has been stuffed with Bouncifil/polyfill, rubber pellets in his tail and a bag of plastic pellets in
his tummy for added weight. He has internal wire armature in his limbs and neck/back/tail for posing. Each paw has
been needlesculpted and has individually applied stuffed ultrasuede pads (including the digital pads for the dewclaws
and carpal pads on the forepaws).
Shady has beautiful high quality realistic glass taxidermy eyes set into
specially constructed eye sockets ringed with waxed cotton cord. His nose has been sculpted from polymer
clay and his mouth is constructed using perle cotton thread. His whiskers are horsehair.
He has been
extensively scissor sculpted, with light airbrush shading to the face and paws. There is an Arcas Designs fabric tag sewn
in just under his tail.
Shady measures approx 13" from the tips of his ears to the base of his
paws, 9" front to back and 14" from nose to bottom (not including his furry tail).
