Sequoia is a special order, she is based on a beautiful and very much loved 8
year old silver chinchilla.
She has been made using a combination of white chinchilla synthetic fur with
a Tissavel synthetic tail. She has mini bear fabric ears, hands and feet with ultrasuede paw pads. She has been
filled with polyfill and a bag of plastic pellets resides in her tummy for added weight. She has cotterpin and hardboard
jointed arms/legs and wire armature in her body/tail and all four limbs, including her cute individual fingers and toes. She
has black glass eyes with cotton cord representing the eyelids. Her nose and mouth have been created using perle cotton embroidery
thread and her individually applied whiskers are made from horse hair.
Sequoia has been extensively scissor sculpted
and has been airbrush shaded to resemble the real Sequoia. She measures approximately 7.5" in height.
